Kom med innspill til kommuneplanens arealdel!

Risør kommune er i gang med rullering av kommuneplanens arealdel og ønsker i den forbindelse innspill om fremtidig arealbruk. Dette kan være ny arealbruk, utvidet arealbruk, endret arealbruk, eller arealbruk som ikke lengre er aktuell.

Alle har mulighet til å fremme arealinnspill til kommuneplanen og flere kan samarbeide om et innspill. Dersom innspillet sendes av andre enn grunneier selv, bør grunneier informeres om dette.

I henhold til vedtatt planprogram  (PDF, 2 MB) ønsker man spesielt innspill til bolig og næring ved denne rulleringen:

Bolig:

• Boligområder med nærhet til kommunens kollektivakser.
• Boligområder i tilknytting til sentrum, lokalsentre og tettsteder.
• Boligområder med nærhet til sjøen og tilgang til båtplass.
• Fortetting av boliger i strandsonen ved eksisterende boligområder. 
• Fortetting av boliger/leiligheter.
• Småbåthavner i tilknytting til eksisterende eller planlagte fritids- og boligområder.
• Utvidelse eller endringer av eksisterende småbåthavner.

   

Næringsområder:

• Næringsvirksomhet og arealer til sjørettet næring.
• Næringsområder og næringsbebyggelse i tilknytting til kollektivakser, sentrum og lokalsentre.
• Reiselivsbasert næring i hele kommunen.

Fritidsbebyggelse:

• Endring av eksisterende områder for fritidsbebyggelse, som ikke medfører vesentlig økning i antall fritidsboliger.
• innspill som reduserer areal, og eller antall fritidsboliger i eksisterende områder for fritidsbebyggelse.

   

Konsekvensutredning, faglig vurdering og politisk behandling vil avgjøre hvilke innspill som plir tatt med videre i kommuneplanens arealdel.

Frist for innspill er satt til 15.februar 2019.

Arealinnspill skal fortrinnsvis sendes elektronisk via kommunens innspillsportal:

Alternativt sendes innspillene til Risør kommune v/Enhet for plan- og byggesak, pb. 158, 4952 Risør, eller epost: post@risor.kommune.no

Arealinnspillene må inneholde følgende:

1. Navn på innsender, Gnr/Bnr. På eiendommen.  
2. Kartutsnitt som viser beliggenhet, innhold og avgrensing.
3. kort beskrivelse av forslaget til ny arealbruk, med detaljer som antall, størrelse, omfang, tilkomst, teknisk infrastruktur mm.
4. Vise til eventuelle kjente forhold på eiendommen (kulturminner, verneverdier, jord- og skogbruk, turstier, biologisk mangfold, friluftsliv, miljø, infrastruktur mm.)
5. Vurdering av når forslaget kan realiseres/gjennomføres
6. Vurdere mulige konsekvenser av forslaget. (endret bruk av områder, miljø, transport, vann- og avløp mm.)
